  • Are you a student-athlete who is struggling with performance anxiety, managing negative thoughts, or transitions? I can help! I am a mental performance coach who specializes in working with student-athletes. I offer coaching sessions that focus on:

    Performance anxiety: I will teach you skills and techniques to better understand performance anxiety and use it to your advantage.

    Negative thoughts: I will help you identify and reframe negative thoughts that are holding you back.

    Transitions: I will help you cope with the challenges of transitioning from high school to college, transferring schools, graduating, and ending your athletic career.

    I have 15 years of experience working with student-athletes. As a former college basketball coach, I am passionate about helping student-athletes reach their full potential, and am committed to providing you with the support you need along the way.

Consultation

I help companies, organizations, & teams develop and implement mind health and performance programs. I offer a variety of services, including:

  • Series-based workshops that provide participants with the knowledge and skills they need to create and sustain a mind health and performance within their teams or departments.

  • Program development that helps organizations assess their current mind health and performance programs, identify areas for improvement, and develop a plan for implementation.

  • Team-specific coaching for coaches and student-athletes on mind health and performance topics such as performance anxiety, mindset, and coping with adversity.

    As a licensed counselor and Certified Mental Performance Consultant®, I help companies and organizations improve employee mind health, performance, and sustainable self-care. I deliver workshops and presentations based on evidence-based practices that focus on three key areas:

    1. Improving cognitive skills

    2. Enhancing self-care practices

    3. Building confidence

    I tailor my workshops and presentations to the specific needs of each organization, working with leaders to align each session with their culture of mind health and performance awareness and support.

  • Athletics

    I have 15 years of experience working with college athletes as a coach and administrator. I help athletes develop the skills they need to succeed both on and off the field. I do this through workshops and presentations that focus on building confidence, resilience, and stress management. I have also led the creation of two successful counseling and mental performance programs embedded in the athletic departments at the University of Vermont and Johns Hopkins University. My workshops and presentations are based on evidence-based practices and have been shown to be effective in improving athlete mind health and performance.
